Terms of Service
The terms you agree to when you place an order with Tokyo Card Base.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we may decline the order and refund in full before dispatch.
Prices and stock can change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Products
Sealed products are randomised at the factory. What is inside a given box is chance: no specific card, hit rate or pull is guaranteed, and images of contents are illustrative.
Product names, logos and card images belong to their respective publishers. Tokyo Card Base is an independent retailer, not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any card publisher.
Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying a correct delivery address, for any import charges, and for checking that the goods may lawfully be imported into your country.
Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
