What is collected
Order and delivery details, account details if you register, correspondence you send us, and standard technical logs.
Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this site.
Why
To take and fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting and customs record-keeping obligations. Customs declarations require your name and address to be passed to the carrier and to the destination customs authority.
Retention
Order and tax records are kept as long as Japanese accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you close the account.
Your rights
Email tokyocardbase@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your data. Residents of the EU, UK, California and other regions with statutory data rights can exercise them here regardless of where the store operates.
